Chance, thank you for clarifying who was showing the house! I love that little office. If needed it would make a great sewing space. Hate the sliding door/barn door. I would rather see a pocket door or a regula door. The toilet is claustrophobic making. I would never use it unless the door was open! Otherwise it would be like being in a dark cavel I missed seeing a floor plan as I got confused a bit. I love floor plans.
I really like this, it's modern and isn't boxy like the typical manufactured home. Very nice.
At first, I thought I was on a different channel by accident, lol. I think Carlee did a good job. This is a really nice home, and I loved the porch. 💜

That's gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. I could see me and my fiance living there and our cats 🐱. I love all the storage, and the guest bathroom with the shower door makes it so much nicer. It's just a shame I live in England and I'm poor 😅
Hey Carlee, it would have been nice if you had opened up some doors, frigerator, cabinets. I would love to see the pricing of the home. I did love the house.
Nice home, totally love the kitchen & shower in the primary bath. The natural light can’t be beat.

Great tour! I really like the layout, the only thing I would change is the Pocket Office. I would make it into a Pantry, the smallest Bedroom would be a Office.

I asked the same question. Then I looked at the floorplan. Yes. It is a small pantry.

I love this prefab house. The bathrooms are lovely. I also like the openness of the living space. Huge kitchen and I love that the porch is off from the dining room and the hidden desk area. Love everything about it, as is!!
Seen some others like this floor plan, but this is alot wider. It's beautiful. Not a fan of barn door. Nice size rooms. Love the decor. The old style refrigerator an option? Its beautiful I like it. Wish it had a pantry. Great Tour Carlee. Thank you.

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it all. Hi Carly. Nice to meet you. I love how it opens up when you walk in. My favorite parts are the open shelves in the kitchen area and on the island and the built-ins throughout. I also love the wrap around porch and back porch. Is the porch a wrap around porch? I also love the accent walls in the master bedroom. I think they could make the shower smaller and put a tub in the master bathroom.

Champion is no comparison to Homes by Vanderbuilt, their Elite 10 home that Chance reviewed not that long ago is $269,995 and nearly Double the square footage at 2,771 sq ft. Compare that home to this small home of 1,400 sq ft that Champion is charging $250k. Yes, basic set-up & basic delivery (if within 50 miles of Champion facility in Chandler, AZ) is nice, but not worthy of the huge difference in square footage. In my research, Homes by Vanderbuilt still holds as the one to beat, for now.🏡
The price for this model - Canyon - is $250K? As Chance says, “at the time of recording and as presented”? Or are the appliances shown extra?
Chance, I love both of your channels and I watch every video you post, I must say I did not enjoy this one, she did not show us a lot of things that we’re used to you showing us. No bedroom sizes, didn’t open not one cabinet, didn’t mention if there is a pantry or not; and if there is we didn’t get to see it. The view of the back porch was poorly done, we only saw a corner of it as she was heading back inside. And no mention of the price range. I’m sure she’s a nice lady but please don’t use her on your channels, maybe she would do well with her own channel. Just my opinion.
You better looking than Chance
I found it interesting that everything looked so sleek and modern, but smack in the middle of it was this retro style fridge. Stuck out like a sore thumb to me. Nice floor plan though. I'm more of a rustic girl myself and gotta have the deck tub in the master. Liked the office space and the porch. Closet in the bathroom...no bueno.
Home is beautiful but the presentation was not. There was alot missed. She just needs some training.
