    I became a patreon last month after I found myself doing at least 2 of your fitness videos a day. Since I've been doing your strength training workouts consistently, my daughter told me that my arms are no longer "soft and squishy" and she doesn't like it:). Well, I LOVE IT! Thanks, Caroline!

    I'm exercising with four of your videos at least 4 to 5 days a week: I do stress-busting cardio, arms, shoulders, hips, and tights on the floor and with the chair. I'm so so happy with the results 🤗 finally, I found a channel with workouts that suits me. I love your saying, 'low impact does not mean low results.' Exercises are simple, quick, and very effective. I can see the definition in muscles I never knew I had 😂 Even my kids and husband started exercising! 🏃 Thank you a lot; keep up the excellent work 💕

    A great way to get in some exercise while I'm dealing with a banged-up knee. I should find a knee-friendly workout on your channel.

      I've been doing this for about a month. I'm not sure if I see definition in my shoulders or arms yet, but I was able to flip my queen-size mattress by myself, so that's a good thing, right?

    I believe this will help I already do your other exercises faithfully and as you suggets for.30 days, 60 days, 90 and after five hundred days I had some progress it wasn't until last week my arm got fatter, my shirt does not fit right its tight and filled out for five hundred days it never was like that, the tiny muacle defintion that I had is all gone just a round fat arm not those little bumps that I had not the loose. Lets hope my arm can return just because im wearing two thin shirts and have bwen for five hundred days doesnt mean it becomes tight, i keep trying though i already do three arm exercises so leta hope yours is the right one to placw my effort in.

    I've been doing this workout and love it. After having foot surgery last week, I did it sitting down today and it is very suitable for that as well.

    did this one again with three pound weight(post covid) I want to get back to action but doing it sanely. Ive been here before and I know what happens if you just jump back in. Oh the soreness and fatigue. Did your post covid yoga flow last night and got a lot of confidence out of that and a good workout.

    Did this one again and the shoulder is not popping as much. Still keeping the lighter weight. Trying to do this 3 times a week as instructed. Arms definitely stronger!!
