    This was so intense and i could feel my hips opening up so much. I had to stop halfway through the video bc I'm not this advanced and I needed to prevent injury but I'm looking forward to trying this one again in the future

    OMG that was a good sweaty flow. That was a nice combination of yoga and mobility and is exactly what I am looking for. Thank you. I been following your IG account for a while so I'm happy to see you doing TH-cam videos. That was great, I look forward to doing more of your videos.

    Excellent.
    I will practice many times. For now it is about 10 minutes at a time. Still, inspires my teaching and pushes my students.
