Recon makes very solid lights. Have a set of smoked on my Sierra and it changes the entire mood.
I'd like to grab these but they have terrible reviews. Have you had any problems? They're 699 here.
@@metalphobos3632 never had an issue with any of their stuff. On my second Silverado with their lights. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got a 2020 custom and I was not sure about how good they would look till you step back after the click in. Looks great. Makes me want to try and do my own and if I mess up buy these.
I think black Chevrolet lettering on the back looks good and blacked out Silverado and 6.2L

I figure out the issue. I ordered the wrong tail lights. The original tail lights on my silverado were led and I thought that they were halogen. So I had to order the other set for stock led tail lights and it fixed the issue. I guess with the double resistors for the conversion from halogen to led was causing the flashing. That was my fix. Another thing I did as well was replaced my front light flasher bulbs with leds as well

That looks really good i guess its a reason they are like $600 or more. But you can get a very similar look for much cheaper with the air release tint buy luxe, but you would have to do the work required to tint.

@@kevinjean8075i ordered some aftermarket LED taillights. and from what i’ve learned it’s because they require less electricity which makes the truck think it’s a bad bulb. and common sense would be to add a resistor between the ground and blinker wire but my problem is i have two wires reading as my blinker wire and can’t figure it out.

Yes I like. I want to do the same thing to my 2021 blue Silverado crew cab. I have already added the leveling kit and black steps and will eventually have all Chevy emblems removed. I have already swapped the bow tie to an illuminated black bow tie. What do you recommend for my headlights and taillights. Any discount codes you can offer? Haha

Your truck is coming together incredibly well brother. I just traded in a 19 Shadow Grey Metallic LTZ (5.3) for a loaded 21 RST 3.0L in Mosaic Black. Hope to see some tuning options for the LM2. Averaging 29mpg on the first 500 miles though!

I love my lm2 I have a fully loaded RST in shadow grey . I’m still getting 30 mpg in city after I put 20s on it and 43 mpg on the highway is the best I got so far

Or just get the tailights wrapped and save over half the price of these and still under warranty and not have to worry about water leaks
I have a set of Recons trust me tinted vs those look completely different in person plus these are quality you wont have to worry about water leaks
@@Blackocalypse I have an 1/8 inch gap on my 2021 Silverado the box said 19-20 Silverado & 20-21 2500&3500 they don’t fit tight to the body I called them and they said they were the right ones do you have a space at the top 264397 ledrbk

You need the black Chevrolet letters to fill in the letters on your tailgate.it transformed my entire tailgate.. don’t get the stickers. Get the raised letters. Do a search on eBay. 35 bucks. You’ll love it

My recon taillights on my 21 trail boss are acting up now had them for only 4 months,. I think there is water getting in the connections as there appears to be a short,. When I brake my reverse camera comes on,. And when I signal the rear don't wark and I get a message saying they failed. Omg wish I woulda kept stock this is a major headache.

Don’t buy the taillights mine arrived cracked in the corner and called customer service about it and they told me they don’t do refunds and also when installed they have like a 1 inch gap of opening garbage taillights

Bought these for my 2020 2500 and there a gap, don’t waste your time or money.
Yo quick question about Larry on your exhaust set up was there any thing pacific that you did or can I just say remove the second cats and true dual to 5 inch tips and should it sound the same? Or if I went with high flow cars would it sound the same? It’s a 2002 f150 5.4 if that helps
