I have no idea where/how my dad discovered this recipe, But I am super glad he did.
This is one of those of recipes that is beyond easy to make!! You can WOW any prawn lover with this dish. Now when we make prawns this is our go to recipe and it can be eaten as is, with garlic bread, with rice and it is absolutely Devine in a pasta.
There’s no quantities as it would depend on the amount of prawns you are making. For the method watch the video.

Creamy Peri Peri Prawns
Marinate Ingredients
lemon juice
chilli flakes
Lemon zest (Pri’s Touch)
Crushed Garlic - As much/As Little As You Want
Peri Peri Sauce (One That You Love Using) - I Prefer Nando’s HOT
