SeaCrest got renamed because that woman at Truly Tropical was trying to lay claim to it. If you look at a map you can see how she was trying to say it came from her place. Gary changed it to triple Sec because of her.

Walter Zill named it Seacrest at first. Gary Zill renamed it to Triple Sec as he thought the name represented the flavor 🍊
