Love the idea of taupe weights, even though I don't do weights. I'm looking forward to seeing an update to everything in this video. Did the clients go for the wallpaper? How did the Chelsea project work out? And most importantly, did the prototype weight stands work out? Great video, thanks for sharing

Can you show a video how to hide unsightly objects in a room like radiators or where best to position them without been too obvious in a room or hallway etc? Also, any advice of finding good skilful cabinetry makers? Bespoke cabinetry really adds luxury as well practical storage. Thanks.

do you give your clients a sort of "design dossier" at the completion of a project? some kind of binder or book with mood boards, renderings, a list of the products and suppliers used, paint names or numbers, etc, that clients can refer to if they ever need to replace or match the existing design and i guess just for nostalgia!
If you design a set of weights Sophie, could you make them to be filled with sand? I bought a beautiful pair of pale lavender kettle bells that are actually a think fabric filled with sand at a thrift store once but I haven’t been able to find more. I love the idea of them being filled with sand or something like sand as there is much less chance of injury if you were to drop them. I’ve thought sometimes of making my own and using my husband’s tile grout bags as those are incredibly heavy. And I can totally see a beautiful line of taupe, sage, lavender and even white ones! Would look so sporty but calming!

And is it ok to put the tv above a glass fronted balance flue fireplace which have mantle on top ?? I am thinking to do thee aptly same thing in my home with fireplace with mantle on top then tv above it & on both sides cabinetry on bottom then shelves above but not sure if putting tv above is a good idea or no ? I would assume you would know better as you do projects all the time. Your input will be highly appropriated❤

There is a Scandinavian Company that makes wood handle and leather base lift weights. They are very pleasing to the eye. Not sure how heavy they go up to? The name of company is NOHrD. Good luck
Loved that you talked about the fitness area Sophie, being a trainer of 25 years and former athlete I was surrounded by grey dull iron . I’m tall athletic and muscular but very feminine, so I’m very much drawn to soft pastel colours . I just Love how you talked about designing a wooden weight rack although I do know companies that make exceptionally amazing wooden gym products from all types of wood., because wood is very warming and calming it’s perfect for a home or female studio. I hope you design a gym for one of your london clients with this in mind. I’ve been watching your videos here for over 8 months now , I love your calming voice and your presence is very reassuring, I can see why you became successful. I will take tips from that lol for sure . For now keep the great work up and I’m loving these videos x
Dear Sophie, I started my weight loss and weight-lifting journey in my 60s. When I began, I couldn't lift my cast iron skillet one-handed. Now, I just did a 75-kilo deadlift (I'm 5'3" and 68 years old). I, too, have noticed high levels of what I will call "testosterone poisoning" in gyms. They are deliberately and consciously designed to be as hyper-masculine and uninviting to women as possible. My solution: the local auto collision body shop. They can add baked-on enamel finishes to any of the all-metal kettlebells. I selected a pearlized cream/taupe shade. It worked a treat. The finish is quite durable and doesn't get scratched up and chipped the way normal spray paints do. I spray-painted the base of my bench and had it reupholstered in good-looking faux saddle leather. I suspect that the same techniques would work on something complex like the Peleton; i.e., spraypaint the bits that don't take much abuse, disassemble and get a baked-on enamel for the bits that get hard wear. Just a thought. Love your designs - your American fan.
