Awesome video! Got my Military in camo and DLC blade from KSF three years ago. It's a great knife and keep it in my left pocket to keep the blade from opening. In my right pocket is the Military 2 also in camo and DLC blade. They're great knives. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you very much. The Mille seems like a very underrated Spyderco, a lot of people immediately write it off for being tip down carry, when that’s not really an issue on this knife
@@itsaknifestyle8482 I think that, like many other things these days, most everything is about trends. Some popular youtuber or instagrammer says something and we get the fans who are all too ready to repeat it over and over again, ad nauseam. People who have never even tried tip-down carry. People who have never carried a Millie or Police. They say these knives are huge (they're not), how they aren't flickable or fidget-friendly (basically destroying your knife little by little - playing with it instead of using it), etc, etc, etc...
Well said. If you ask someone why they don’t like tip down carry the most common response is probably “I’m not used to it” or “it just sucks”. It would be great for new people in the community to learn from their own experience and not from someone telling them how to think (which is kind of what I do lol)
I got a s45vn pm2 😄. It had an absolute ton of lock stick out of the box, as well as sharper edges than normal on the spine and around the hole; I somewhat fixed the lockstick after taking it apart and using it a bit, but I still need to sand the edges down a bit. I'm tempted to take apart my BNIB S35VN apart with this guy and compare the liners.. see why there's lock stick on the factory second. Your military could be a 2013 factory second that nobody wanted in person for 6 years lol.
Hey man you should make your own scales for the manix! The manix is how I learned how to make scales. The only important parts are hole sizes, and placement. I’m sure if you asked shepherdcc he could make some micarta ones quickly for you.

I think maybe it was a factory second only because it's a 2013 to old to sell as new . Probably was a test knife
Solid, down-to-Earth video. The Millie is my go-to edc. Thumbs up.

Those scratches on the blade look like they’re from the detent ball from the lock and possibly the screws for the clip. It’s hard for me to tell.

I want to go to it sooooooo bad but I live in tx but I’m happy for you
I live in KY so I was happy when it was online. I guess everyone else was too and that’s why everything sold out so fast😂
@@itsaknifestyle8482 I guess I missed it. Oh well. I saw those 40 dollar pm2s and i died
The link doesn't work 🤣
