It’s been 20 days of daily visiting your site and opening myself to the exploration of breathe. My take away….. Gratitude is the greatest emotional connection between myself & the world.
A GRACE FILLED LIFE A grace filled life is one of acceptance with gratitude to the point of never having to express with words your degree of gratefulness. Our children know who they are and you to will know them by their fruits, or as we have told this one channeling this message we all know them by their SMILE. Something Moving Inside Loving Everywhere Why do we call IT “something”? This is a great mystery anything given a name or title is putting conditions or limitations upon that thing which would not make it a mystery but does allow for a deeper understanding of who one is, so we will call it something as it is a mystery to us as well as to which “thing” you all “some” time create. SMILE thru IT all beloved sparks of light for it is in one’s smile that lights the way for one’s eye to see clearly for truly if one is authentically smiling on the outside they are loving themselves on the inside. In this way you will continue the flow of love in which you came here to experience yourself as first, for it has been said before we love bc he first loved us. Love yourselves first and you will know yourselves HERE as you are known NOW in “heaven”, where’s heaven? Heaven or that which heaven represents “peace on earth” is brought to earth through the human beings heart with every compassionate thought, action and word. The human being with the intention of heaven on earth will bring about “heaven” on earth. Powerful is the one that innerstands this teaching. You all are literally bringing heaven to earth with every authentic loving smile! Keep SMILING and remember who you are, you are LOVE!!! -The Dude
This is great. This is magic. Thank you so much for sharing this Wim. How to implement this in every school as a basic principle: your breath is your health.
This is great. I nice gentle session that doesn't exert you too much but has powerful effects. A couple more rounds continuing the 5 breath increments would be perfect. Thank you
I have problems with my ears, always blocking and unblocking, never had solution for this, now after this I have relief, absolutely amazing, I feel so light!! 💓💓💓💓💓💓
When I was a kid, I swam every day. A friend of my dad's was a paratrooper and he taught me how they used to expand their lungs to be able to hold their breath longer. I was undefeated in the 'who-can-stay-underwater-longest' game. good stuff
Thank you for taking your time to reply. I am a bit confused about the last breath of a set as Whim says breath out and then hold it, by then I am out of breath, but if i keep a bit of air in my lungs I can stay breathless for 90 seconds the longest.
@@raulyanez190 I am not talking about holding my breath after breathing all the air out of my lungs. I am talking about doing deep breathing exercises and lung expanding exercises just before taking a max inhale and holding it. Doing this repeatedly will increase your lung capacity and thus you ability to hold a deep inhale breath for longer and longer periods of time.
Loved it. I do the wim hof with the drums, but this was so relaxing 😌 and I love having the music continue at the end. Would love a longer version for continuing meditation ❤️ thank you!
Since it is there, I use it as a tool for contrast during my meditation knowing that I will have to be in reality for those five seconds to skip the ad , during meditation the thoughts came to me that there were no mistakes and that all was for a reason and so with that thought process I will utilize the ad
@@TAKEADEEPBREATH you mentioned remaking this video, did you ever do this? For me it’s the most perfect of all your videos, because 1) it’s slower and more gentle, 2) the number of breaths and retention times increase each round, and 3) the music, which I love, also the extra music at the end to relax is great. If it just had a couple more round it would be perfect, but don’t change anything else.
Is there a good place for advice on this. I was amazed at the tingly feeling in my face, but as far as meditation goes, my mind was just frustrated at how much it worried about doing this correctly. My throat was dry & itchy & I couldn't hold for the 120. I respect the people who recommend this & would really like to get positive results.
@@davesacre3155 well personally I find it is best when I Focus on finding my own rhythm, and my system feels. Just using the audio as a guideline. Welcoming every sensation, going Deeper Also focusing om letting go with each exhale.
Bit of a late reply (2 years later lol) but in case you are still wondering… yes there is a good place for exactly what you are asking. Search “Eckhart Tolle” and watch any of his video teachings, doesn’t matter where you start. He explains thoughts, worry, and how to deal with them. And so much more. I listen to one of his videos every day.
I’m a health and wellness coach in USA ,I would like to take your certification classes ,pls let me know if you have a location in USA so I can take a class
Hi Julia, we are preparing our certification classes currently, once they are ready we will put an announcement out on youtube and facebook, thank you for your interest.
the first round I find it difficult to hold in my breath but in the second round I couldn't believe I was holding my breath for over a minute in the second round ears out my eyes came interesting experience
Is this helpful or harmful to do if your body is stuck in "fight or flight mode" --- if you suffer from limbic system disfunction? and help to retrain the brain?
I am using this method to retrain a hyperactive autonomic nervous system. I think it would be beneficial but ultimately you just have to start slow and experiment for yourself.
I think Wim's answer to this is "Just breathe!" But he uses his mouth I believe so that's what I would do, also there's a subreddit about this stuff that is a more reliable source of answers than the TH-cam comment section.
How long between the last retention and entering the cold shower? Do you have to go into the shower immediately or can you take the shower at any other time of the day?
I am doing this every day once or twice. I do other breathwork also . I noticed that even after 3 rounds .. my heart rate was almost constant . Before breath work 74 after 77 . I understand that Wim Hof method increase heart rate and flow of adrenaline. I am wondering that am I doing it rightly? I am confident that I take deep breath . I inhale thru nose and exhale thru mouth . Your expert views ?

I find the more intense longer breathing to be counted productive.
