dum dok ik this is a bit old, but for the first week or two of using a mouthwash it is totally normal for your mouth to “burn” a bit. The more you use it though, the less you will feel it. If you use mouthwash twice a day after you brush, the burning feeling should go away in a few weeks

The cap has 2 soft spots to squeeze for opening the cap. These two spots are like see through plastic. When filling the cap fill it just underneath these two soft spots and you’ll have 15 ml.
Also if you going for better breath after eating lunch at public or school or if you eat at work. You can use mouthwash for better breath. But mints works miracles in that situation. Than when you go home brush your teeth
