A little while ago at school, my art teacher was shuffling film/series soundtracks while we worked and this came on. At first I didn’t recognize it, because I’d previously heard Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline so I wasn’t used to it, but then about 30 seconds in I got a lump in my throat and my mind went, “this has to be Stranger Things,” because no other soundtrack could tug on my heartstrings like this series. As soon as I realized, I could immediately see Eleven and Mike reuniting inside my head.
