Have you heard about MF Ghost ? It may be the sequel you wanted to see. You will not se Takumi as a Pro Racer infortunately but has a Mentor for new gen.
@@Darkex72 Mountain pass racing is a backyard rally or what people call in the early 90s "amateur rallye".

XD no matter how many times i see the ending, with Takumi running to the GR86, all i keep thinking when Bunta is walking away with his Arms cross is "its not a bad car, i'll wait for a while before i tinker with it" like, he IS impressed, but he won't fully show it

いくら時代が進もうと、AE86が一番かっこいい。gt86やgr86を差し引くレベルでいい車だよほんと。
水平対向のエンジン音を忠実に再現してるの好きすぎる。BP5もこんな音だったし今乗っているBRZもそう。アイドリングは物凄い静かなのに回すとライオンみたいな咆哮。
Initial D would be really good if it come back cause there so many different forms of racing and the show can cover pretty much everything.

Little most people know that both Tsuchiya and Bunta are using small-batch experimental GR86 with same turbo engine from GR Yaris and GR Corolla
It's only a cartoon
Tsuchiya isn’t using a GR86 he’s using just the regular 86 you can tell by the tach
No bunta has the gr badge. The other guy has the older 2021 version that's just 86.

In the movie he was, he was Takumi but with the original VA. This ad just changed to Shinji.
