- I take a spontaneous drive out to a farm to test my Fx Impact Compact shooting JSB Knock Out Slugs. I want to see how the Knock Out slugs perform in this air gun setup. The day brings plenty of pest birds to knock down and i find myself solving a problem with my ballistics. The day was awesome with some sharp shots on camera and solving the mystery.

Great video, Gerhard! So refreshing and informative to see a "real world" video of you shooting a "new" gun/slug combo that wasn't perfectly "dialed in" YET. Also, it was cool to see how you compensated while shooting and also how you figured out and fixed the minor error in your set up.

Thanks Gerhard! Been wondering about the JSB Knockouts. Have a couple of tins to try in my .22/700 Impact - 40-50 fpe is about where I want to be power wise.

Good video Gerhard the first pigeon you say the slug stayed in , watch the slow mo buddy and you will see the slug hit the foliage at about 1 o'clock behind the pigeon , keep up the good work bro 👍

Does the bipod flex the Pic rail extension? Maybe that's why your stability seems off (as you mentioned).

I think the bc on projectiles are better in fx liner that others since they don’t scar the projectile as much.
Maybe someone can test this theory?
Can the Maverick compact shoot skugs as good as the Impact ?

With what power settings do you get 950 fps? I have a 50mm barrel and setting the regulator to 150 bar I can't exceed 855 fps with the jsb knockout...

The bc is a little higher than what is stated. I measured mine at 0.093 bc

Does that radar calculate the BC for you? Does it track the speed at 100 yards on a tiny slug like that??
