thanks for talking about miscarriage! I've had 4, one very recently. I talk openly about it. I'm in a facebook group with women whoe suffered a loss like that and what I see often is that the pain of having to hide what happened is added onto the loss. So even if it is super hard, you should talk about it. You get so much support from people and suddenly you're part of this secret women's club who have all had to suffer the same. It helps, it really does!

Niacinamide is fine. We don't have enough data on Caffeine right now but I would avoid it. Also I would avoid salacylic acid.

Good afternoon doctor. I just receive my package of the ordinary brand today and I will like your recommendation on how to layer the correct way for a dark skin black woman. This will be my very first trial using the ordinary. I order the HA, Niacinamide, ascorbic acid8%arbutin and toner. How should I apply to my skin in the AM and PM? Please Note: I use a Cerave cleanser foam normal to oily( It has No BHA OR AHA in it). I also have a 8% benzoyl peroxide cleanser from Proactiv will I be able to use both cleanser with the ordinary products? or do you recommend me using a BHA cleanser instead for AM and PM?
