Thank you so much for this. I’m buying the Aveeno product! Shocked to see there was no zinc oxide in the Nivea sunscreen I use.
In relation to general moisturisers for babies, Aveeno moisturisers in particular, I have noticed that they do contain parfum with the exception of Aveeno baby soothing relief baby emollient cream. Products in it are: Aqua, glycerin, distesryldimonium chloride, petrolatum , isopropyl palmate, Cetyl alcohol , dinetgickbe, avens dative kernel flour, kernel oil, kernel extract, butyrospermum parkii butter, steReth 20, sodium chloride, bht, tocopherol , potAssium sorbate, benzoyl alcohol. Grateful if you can confirm this is a safe moisturiser.
    Thank you.
    Thank you!

It would be nice to have more than 2 options or more alternatives especially for darker people because those are impossible to find and leave very dark people very white and ashy as if we're playing cricket...These options just put you off and make you not want to bother at all.. I am sure there must be more than the two options out there because this cannot work for people of colour with deeper skintones..😕

Thank you for sharing your professional knowledge on skincare products with the world. The information you provide is factual and pretty straight forward. I have had an interest in skincare for many years and it’s good to hear the refreshing messages you are giving which is simply not to use products with parfum and denatured alcohol. I’ve stared to use a spf 50 again and changed to one that is for babies as I found it was fragrance free and didn’t mention alcohol. I also did my own research and found that the two that you have recommended were actually the best ones. Which is great confirmation. Would you recommend the boots solatan spf 50 for babies ok for adult s to use? Or are these all chemical spfs. Thank you.

Hi Dr. Vanita! First of all, thank you very much for this great channel with your valuable information. I have a question. As an adult, can I wear sunscreen made for kids? I don't care about the white cast, I do care about the protection, and 21% of Zin oxide it is very appealing to me. Will this sunscreen work well in a mature skin as well as in a baby skin?

Thank you so much for your videos, you are helping so many people of colour out here!! Just wanted to know you if the ganier suncream is good for adults in their early 20s? (22 yrs old) As I used it a lot and now I’m having second thoughts.
Look forward to hear from you!

Dr V, please please do a review on reef-friendly sunscreens for kids and adults!! I'm trying to make sure I have our skin bases covered but also want to be environmentally friendly! I've been looking into Kokua suncare, for example. Love your channel!!

Dr V, thank you for all your insights and knowledge. I have one question liposomal from Cetaphil safe for the kids? Or what is different from another sun cream? 🤗

Dr. Rattan thank you so much for providing this info on kids spf - so important! I cannot easily get the 2 products you recommended in Germany, are there any others you could check and recommend? Weleda or Lavera? Avene or Bioderma? Pipette?

Dr. V, Hi from Australia. Here in Australia we have a brand called little urchin in the health shops. Is this safe for skin of colour? We have very warm weather here. Are the ingredients safe for kids and adults?

    Hi Dr V,
I was wondering how I should go about learning how to become a skincare formulator? I would love to learn to make a serum for darker skin tones but I want to create a safe and effective formulation.
Thank you and love your videos

You need a lot of money, volunteered/paid participants to try your product for months or years, and a cosmetic lab.
