yessss!!! it can keep 2 weeks (maybe more) in the fridge. i highly recommend you make a big batch of the sauce at one go, so next time you have it ready to go (it's what i always do :D )

How how long did you blend it to get it so fine? My still have lumps of garlic at the bottom after blending it quite a while
