Trying to watch Die Ärzte live and reading the lyrics of the song never goes well, they usually change a lot of the text for fun. It's also true that they talk A LOT during concerts and I love it, because they're really funny, but fans can get annoyed by it. That's why you can sometimes hear the fans shout "Halt's Maul und spiel" (shut up and play), which became more or less a meme on Ärzte concerts and it's never used in a really insulting way. Die Ärzte even called the second disc on one of their live albums "Halt's Maul und spiel". The same album contains a small bonus disc with all their gags and improvised talks during the concert.

They are not only musicians, they are real entertainers and comedians as well which is why their shows’ duration times are *insane*. A show last between 2 to 4 hours and they play like 40 songs on average.
In recent live versions they changed the lyrics to essentially the opposite of what the original lyrics say. They wrote this song when they were still young. Now they are old rich men, so they’re saying “He’s poor, I got money. You only love him because he doesn’t have car, unlike me who owns a golden police state.” It’s just some random stuff they come up with at the spot and they change the lyrics from show to show.
In Germany we call a song like this a "Rauswerfer" - it stems from "rauswerfen" - "to throw s.th. out".
A Rauswerfer (used as a noun) is called a song a band plays to make sure the crowd leaves the concert for sure without asking for more encore.
In this case Die Ärzte are constantly cutting the flow of the song and taking their rhymes and word play to an extend where cringe happens occasionly. The Exstase of the concert lowers down, fatigue sets in and people leave the concert automaticly. They are craftsmen of their art in any way possible.

Jaa, die Ärzte quatschen sehr viel auf ihren Konzerten, war bei dem Rock am Ring 2019 Gig ja nicht anders als sie das Lied gespielt haben.
Ich hab noch Tickets für die Ärzte für Dezember, bin gespannt ob das Konzert stattfinden kann.
Freue mich schon sehr auf ihr neues Album das nächsten Monat raus kommt.
Aber gerade das finde ich an ärzte Konzerten toll.
Dass da eben nicht nur gespielt wird (wäre mir zu langweilig)

Haha they make fun and improvisation wirh this song since 30 years. It's always their last song (sometimes before ; sometimes after the encore)
They jam over the rythem and try to get the theme and end in a sense and rhyme!
Sometimes 5 till 10 minutes
Best ever ending is the inprovisation!
I do like it but for my purposes here it makes it difficult. When I watched their concert it was fun though

It is one of the best things about 'Die Ärzte', what they are with this song in over 30 years now. But I really can understand your problem.
Maybe you might try something from the Band 'Wir sind Helden' for example 'Die Reklamation' or 'Nur ein Wort'
