In developed countries they are reducing the working days to 4 days a week, whereas in India where the human law is so neglected, the country is only concerned about taking tax

Simple strategy. Karnataka local population don't like outsiders. To appease vote bank government wanted reservation in private sector for local.
We opposed local reservation that's why they are trying to impose 14 hours work day. People will get frustrated and leave the job and city.
They will get relocated to other place like Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida
Bt most outsiders actually work 12+ hrs and in less salary 😂.
We don't care if outsiders or not. This is a political play to show non IT people for vote bank.

Turns out narayana murthy and his cabal got what he wants. It shows who is power once the politicians got elected. we are just in the modern day slavery. Surprising, neither government or companies don't want to talk about pay for those extra hours. Previously, our grandparents earning single income and able to sustain a family of 10 people. now two people are earning with single kid yet they survive pay check to paycheck. we been continuously told, all these technology improvements, makes life easy and you can relax while all these machines do the job. turns out that's not happening. we are heading towards a dystopian future, if this continues. only option I see is, start bartering, don't buy any crap you don't need, never trust this big companies and politcians.
Definition of middle class : if you pay income tax you are middle class, else you are either upper or lower class.
14 hrs still less. It should be 23 hrs plus 1 hr for lunch.
its not about extra payment or its not about continues learning,
its about health , fresh mindset, continues learning everyone can do only if they don't have to force by circumstance rather they can do for refreshment by own choice in free time.
its better to have own shop rather than working for some other one.

Step 1: Offer Letter to Employee - Compensation is fixed (Working hrs are variable 😂)
Step 2: Statement by Mr Narayanmurthy - 70 Hrs work week
Step 3: Force government of 1 state to implement 14 hrs 5 days a week (Karnataka is best positioned for this strategy)
Upcomjng Events:
Step 4: Gradually make it corporate policy to have working hours 14 Hrs to make all office locations starts working for 14 Hrs (No additional pay 😂)
Step 4: Make employee work for 14 hrs and let them struggle for some time.
Step 5: Come out with reports by third party medical institutions that 14 hrs is taking toll on health of employees.
Step 6: Company will say that for employee's wellbeing need to reorgnize working pattern. 10 Hrs 6 days a week.

Make employees work for 6 days a week instead of current norm of 5 days a week without any additional expense. 😎

Taking initiative to skill upgrade is one but chances of building multiple source of income to dampen our stress with such environment is too remote
We will become like Japan trend (Population decline, happiness reduction, stress, death at lesser age)
Funny thing is even Microsoft Japan observed a 40% productivity jump when testing 4 day work-week.
The number goal should be work towards financial independence

At least 10-12 years of serious SIP. It will create a good capital to generate passive income. Keep working , if any bad days come , then this capital will take care of you during your bad time. Or you keep adding more fund to this capital and generate wealth for your family

Every employee has a productive output of 6 actual hours. Reduce the working hours to 6.5 hours with 0.5 hours break 6 days working!

Cost of Re-Skilling and Re- Degree ( Online Degrees) is high. Curriculum isn't good in most of the colleges and training centers. Also one should upgrade to New AI Laptops ( CoPilot+) which cost more than 1.5 to 2 Lacs. Cost of Re-Skilling is very high. Old Degrees or education is no longer relevant in today's world. There is significant changes in all fields whether that is Software, Computers, Manufacturing, constructions.
Govt. Must provide free Online relevant Degrees and Online/Hybrid Skill Training for middle aged employee Also.

If this happens, most people may prefer to go to abroad , a big brain drain will happen...Government should think about this proposal from multiple perspectives...
if i start any startup then i prefer for talent only in technical job position and prefer locals in IT support and manual testing this will be balanced approach. bcz IT support manual testing doesn't require much talent. and this is already happening. i worked in both positions. IT support contain mostly local and technical jobs contain ppl from different states.
Best decision I did was to mo e tf out of India.from 50 hrs per week in those times to just 37 hrs now and yet making 5x of salary.
Career in IT need to start after age 30, getting marriage at earliest and having children 2 before 30 is best idea. Later 30 to till death can concentrate on IT career. This idea works
First enjoy personal life. Companies should start these new rule.

Not all karnataka have outsiders. Bangalore was developed on idea of diverse talent and promotted. Now local feel poor because of high payed outsiders, hint of jelousy
Any organisation requesting for this inhumanity should be penalised. We are human and not machines. They compare with China where the percapita income is 14k dollars where in India is 2 K dollars. So its a shame on such organisations.
