The Recent Technological boom has introduced numerous destructive & non destructive techniques to determine the Quality of a Project Deliverable (Product) to a very Micro Level. My Question is, has technology made the Life of Project Managers easier or Complicated to comply with Standards based on latest tools & Techniques available to determine Quality?

Hi Syed, good observation. However there is no straight answer to this though as it totally depends on the tools being used on specific projects across industries. We should look at specific industry, tools and type of projects before arriving at a conclusion. Hope that helps 👍

Good examples described. Helps in remembering without memorizing. Do we need to mug up the names of the people mentioned against the theory the put forth - like Joseph Juran ( fitness for use) and Philip Crosby for Conformance principle ?

Yes, it will be handy to remember these names. Sometimes you might find a straight question simply asking for the name of someone behind a concept. All the best 👍😊

that depends on why the customer is not satisfied. in most cases, requirements related documentation should be a good place to start
