Though it is not advised to compromise on quality & grade, the project manager and team are responsible for managing the trade offs in quality and grade of the delivered product in specific scenarios. This should be approved by the customer and stakeholders. Is this true ?

Hi Sumit, yes, that is absolutely correct. You need all stakeholders to approve and be on the same page if you are looking for any kind of tradeoffs in the project.
