Is the video 40 mins long, Is it an incredibly detailed tutorial on a basic trick? If so you’re watching a zak Ferguson video😂 The best tricking tutorials on yt
He's awesome and I love his content. It was just for fun haha. Most of his 5min tutorials are pretty quality, I just want to set realistic expectations for my viewers ✌🏻.
@@ZakFerguson soo true. I got demotivated when I started doing flips because it took me weeks to learn tricks that pigmie said would take 5 minutes! And it didn’t help that many people in the comments would say it worked
The best tutorial I have ever seen! However I did think of a 7th method. Similar to Btwist method. But instead of btwist use a Atwist (Aerial Twist) swingthrough. So basically swing for gainer look over the shoulder and turn into an A twist. It would turn into an icy cork of one has an icy Atwist. An A twist with more twist would make a double cork!
Pivot- you hop on the same leg and pivot 180 so that your momentum is going completely backwards. Euro- You hop on the same leg and do a J-Step motion turning 90 degrees. No right foot touch on either. So left, turn 90, left, swing.
Check out my Scoot tutorial and see if you still have questions, then send me some attempts on Instagram @zf.tricks and I will make a video showing you how.
🙏🏻 Thanks man. Cuz I'm not new to TH-cam, but I just started taking it seriously when lockdown hit, so it takes time to grow. If you'd like to help, share it with someone 😁.
Do you recommend any specific stretches for swinging your leg higher and straighter? My dynamic flexibility is good and i can do a leg lift high with no effort, but when i do a cork or a gainer it's getting alot harder (during a gainer i need to focus and then i can get my leg pseudo straight but still quite bent and during cork i can't get my leg straight at all)
I'm going to do a video on this in a couple months most likely, but the simple answer is: Use weights and do leg lifts with proper form. I wouldn't think of it as a stretch. If you can't keep your leg straight through the swing it's a muscular strength or muscular endurance issue.
@@ZakFergusondifferent things-1)big pause behind training(illness, injury and horrible war in Ukraine now-my motherland) 2)now I'm 40years old and now i feeling more dangerous if I fall not lucky and not feeling light in jump(before i feel that i can jump very easy)

Dope! Thank you for waiting 🙇
🔥🔥🔥. Still watching, but what's the difference between a pivot step and a euro step? They look similar.
Pivot- you hop on the same leg and pivot 180 so that your momentum is going completely backwards.
Euro- You hop on the same leg and do a J-Step motion turning 90 degrees. No right foot touch on either. So left, turn 90, left, swing.
That was some Sport scientist grade tutorial. Sick work!
