    Can steps 2 and 3 help for illusion and B twist? It looks very similar but I don't know about the feeling of doing that

    I noticed my cork getting worse day by day because I never used guides and never cared about spotting with your eyes.
    I will now, for the next 20 day strictly follow your routine. My goal is to hit 1 horizontal cork. but no rushing the results. muscle memory and recovery is important

    There's an easier way. Do TONS of swing gainers until you got them on lock on ground. Learn Scoot Full and standing full on ground and I guarantee you'll land a cork first try
    It's kinda pointless to learn cork if you can't do both those tricks I just mentioned and vice versa. It's better to have the foundations

    • @KojosTrickLab
      @KojosTrickLab  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are easier ways to learn cork for sure! From my 10+ years of coaching Tricking the fastest method I've seen is just learning a full of the trampoline off one leg then drilling it a bunch and doing it on the floor. This method is best for those that don't have any access to equipment or people who want to solid base for variations. I've actually had great results using these progressions with students who can already cork to give them more control over the Trick 🙌
