Very relevant topic. Nice presentation and all panelists are also participated in the discussion in a positive note, I suppose.We are under the wrong notion that privatisation of airlines or any public undertaking will solve the problems in the industry.All the stakeholders have to seriously go for mutual dialogues to address the problems.

What is their real problem? Are all the rest of the flights running almost exactly the same service? Who will answer the problems of poor people? Why is the ticket booking done without proper service?
