I've made cost breakdown videos prior, but to get it to where its at now cost me about $75,000- $80,000. To get it operational, only $60,000 roughly but I've been doing more landscaping & other things over time
I have a question how did you know for sure that they would allow the zoning for an RV park there? Did you have to check all of that before you bought it?
Could you do a video walk through of your water system? What motor do you use? Have you looked into cycle stop valves to maintain your pressure? Is your 80 gallon bladder tank only good for 14 houses or would it work with more?
