Dude this is awesome!! Already a big fan man. Can you put more videos on your RV park set up. Like the water system!!
Thank you. I like our creativity on make this happen. All the best.
Thank you bro I'm excited
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your video!~~ This video is very important to me.
Your videos have been so helpful! We are beginning to search for property in Arizona or New Mexico. If you ever need any repairs at your campground please don't hesitate to give us a call! We service most of the Hill Country and we'd be more than happy to come out!
that's great have you located a property yet? i'd say for AZ just be mindful of water.
Amazing presentation
Absolutely 💯
To have your energy! Admire your cost saving strategy.
What about liability insurance coverage! I'm looking at a basic stay the weekend park.
Great video. Loved the info. How in the world did you find land in Kerr County for so cheap? I don't see anything under $100,000 for 10 acres. 😮
Haha! Good question! I was searching for property on Craigslist funny enough! That was at the end of 2019. The owners didn't realize the true value I think. They're may be some gems out there but yeah its hard to find anything now
Hey Nash, what size of septic tank are you using for your park? I'm looking to have about 20 lots for my property. Please let me know. Thanks
Hello Nash. Looking into opening my first RV park as well. Wondering if I could touch base with you over this subject.
Excellent Job Nash very impressed with your model and determination. I am looking at replicating your model, do you have any websites or experts who can help identify zoning laws quickly ? IE, counties who favor or allow RV parks? thanks again
in my own research i'm finding that many counties in TX are hands off about allowing you to do what you want with your land. there are some counties in TX that won't allow long term stay in RV parks though but i've only come across 1 so far.
When i look to purchase Land, many properties are listed with perking for 3 or 4 bedroom homes. How do I get around that where i can have lets say 20 RV sewer hookups? Pump it all out? Buy Rural Farm Land?
Would you need septic inside the city limits also if you purchase land that has nothing on it?
hey nash did you do all of this out of your personal pocket or was there a loan involved through your llc/ business/ corporation?
Amazing job. How many acres? Next time would you go bigger or smaller and why?
i think it is around 10 acres
Loved the video Nash, awesome work! Do you buy chance offer WIFI to your tenants? If so, is it a significant cost?
i don't know if he does but an affordable option might be Starlink
How much does it cost for you to mentor someone looking to open up their own RV park
Looking back now is there anything you could have done differently, any places you could have saved money that you didn’t see before?
That is a great question! I would say getting the right renters in saved alot of money. I lost money by renting to whoever quickly and having to re-rent & losing money that way when the lots stayed open. A lesson learned is to do leases to keep tenants longer. Thanks for your question.
Hey man love the information! I’m trying to buy some land and start a RV park in a year or a couple years. Am I able to ask a couple questions or are you considering becoming a mentor?
Hey Nate!
Glad you're getting value from my videos 🙏
Excited for you and your journey to freedom!
Would love to help you out & answer any questions you may have.

@@NashMancino you don’t have like a discord do you? Or we can try another email.
These septic costs are wild. Up to $10k just for the permit!?
Hey nash, so the 10k electric was that for 14 poles or you can use less poles for multiple rvs?
i think he used 3 poles
Do you have your own water system set up? And if you do, can you adjust everyone's water pressure?
7:43 roads
How many acres. How many spots?
After paying maintenance, bills on loans, and dividing profits with your investor, how much of the $7,700 are you pocketing?
The net operating income is roughly $5,500 monthly between me and my partner, which would come out to $2,250 monthly in take-home. My partner and I reinvest our monthly profits back in to our property though. So I actually don't pay myself yet until we finish expanding 29 more lots. Thanks for your comments bro
Hi Nash, I am also starting an RV park in DFW area. Is there a way to contact you to get some advice?
how is your park going? what stage are you at?
Hey Nash, thanks for the video. Could I invest in your business?

IN GENERAL TERMS; WHERE IS YOUR PARK LOCATED?
Central Texas
what kind of septic system you got that costs $38000?
Aerobic septic system with a capacity of up to 15 spots
@@NashMancino way too expensive for 15 spots
What about zoning?
i'm finding that TX is pretty relaxed & hands off with what you can do with your own land as long as you follow rules & regulations of the city, county, etc
7-8 months on the septic? Damn they move slow
theres such a thing as a $30/hr electrician??
