Putting in the infrastructure is the most daunting piece of the puzzle. You did it DIY! That’s amazing. That must have meant it took awhile before you could have some cash flow for the land investment. I’m a mom to a young man who has also put in the grind to build his dreams - I’m so proud of you also even though I don’t know you 🤗
