Hi I learned from you how to stock more frozen food and frozen rice it’s really work and this simple tips came out so helpful..can u give us a tip how to not get bored from the veggies.thx a lot
I became vegan in the 1980s and ate a lot of tofu scramble there at the start... Mostly from those spice mixes that "fantastic foods" sold. I fell out of love with it eventually and now only eat it when I go to Kerbey Lane. When I was in college my co-op made breakfast tacos (this was Texas after all) every week (at least twice, often more, so I got real good at making breakfast tacos in the morning. I do insist on making my own tortillas now though so I have to plan for that. Most of the breakfasts I make come from the farm cookbook... Pancakes/waffles, homemade granola, smoothies. If I'm feeling up to baking, muffins, coffee cake, croissants, doughnuts... They have a high protein hot cereal like your oats but I've yet to try it. I've been wanting to make their bagel recipe but I cannot figure out how to time it so I'm not staying up overnight cooking them.
😋 breakfast recipes Tia and congratulations 👏 on the new course and another awesome video and love 🥰 it. The breakfast hash and tofu scramble would be a good change from oats. Love 💕Tia.
Hey Tia! Do you chance have a favorite sweet & sour sauce recipe? I may be crazy, but I don't think I saw it in your sauces book? I am big into asian flavors, so anything you've found would be fantastic! Thank you so much!
Hmmm, I don't really know where I got that specific tofu. Sometimes I get it from Whole Foods, sometimes from Trader Joe's, sometimes from Heb lol it doesn't really matter the kind or brand for the recipe.
Is there a way to stop the overnight oats having a slimy texture? I want to love this breakfast but whenever I make them they have the slimy texture and I can't stand it. x
Love the chill vibe of not _stressing out_ about so much cooking 😊
Me too!!
I’m a flexitarian and eat many plant-based meals. I enjoy your videos. 😊
Awesome! Thank you!

Should we add pepper with the (turmeric) Tofu scramble? The pepper enhances absorption in body, like a fire ♨️
