Entropy CONCEPT (EFM-edition)

Concept video for an upcoming short film project centered around global warming in Southern Greenland. This proof-of-concept first screened at the Native Cinema Screening at the European Film Market, Berlinale on February 15, 2023.

Short description:
A poetic documentary about the entropy of the land-based ice ("sermeq") in Greenland; from how the ice is formed to how it ends - or at least used to end - its days in the fiords of Southern Greenland. The film will put an emphasis on the very visible effects of rising temperatures on the many glaciers in the unique landscape at the forefront of the climate crisis, and will be told through voice-over, blended with an atmospheric score, a rich soundscape, and beautiful cinematography.
