- If you love water and want to burn up to 500 calories per hour this is aqua aerobic workout is for you! I will walk you though my best and favorite cardio aerobic exercises where we use water resistance, aqua dumbbells and pool noodles for best results.

Thank you for your videos. I use your channel everyday now that I've discovered you. I'm in pretty good shape even though I am 60 years old. The aqua exercises give me hope since I was suffering from debilitating back pain and couldn't get a good workout. Now I'm able to be in shape!! My only wish is to have your beautiful athletic figure. What do I do? I'm a pretty healthy eater but I guess I need to cut back because if I lost about 10 lbs of fat that would get me there (close enough). Any tips??
Nurit Grunfeld Thank you for your comment! I am extremely happy when I hear from my subscribers who enjoy my workouts. More and more coming in the next few weeks since we finally have swimming pools open. As for tips: I exercise almost everyday: strength training ( usually with resistance bands ) , bike ride and Aqua Aerobic . Eat healthy and that should help. Consistency is the key! Good luck :)

How much weight can be lost in 3 months of water Aqua aerobics done 6 days a week
It is very individual. It is safe to loose not more that 2 lbs each week through diet and exercise. Anything faster may be too dangerous and usually weight loss comes from water loss :(
