    I did this workout today...its was "KILLER "....but I absolutely loved it...the " blinking heart "....really helps a lot....keep bringing these pool workouts..and of course a big thank you!!!

    I’ve been visiting my parents in Florida and just learned how much I love the water and especially working out in water! It’s enjoyable, I’m 41 and already lost 5 pound in 2 weeks. My mom can see I lost weight too! You are enjoyable and energetic and I love your videos!!!!!

    Loved this workout! I LOVED the floating bike!!!!! Also the knee jumps and well all of the last workouts from the floating bike to the end were my favorite!!!

    I just loved the class. I was able to do the entire class. My only problem was changing from dumbbells to aqua gloves. I tended to use the dumbbells almost throughout. Happily, the Florida rain held out. Thank you for this sensational class. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    OmG that was definitely a killer!! Made all the way thru but won’t be doing that one for the next couple of times. My favorites are jumping jacks,wood chops,round house kicks and definitely roll overs. Keep these workouts coming love them all. 😘

    I was able to do this work out first go.yes these work outs are getting better a d ore chall.i Burt off 780 Calories. I did not have a favourite exercise I loved all off them

    I know this is an older workout, but it’s my favorite that I’ve tried so far. I just moved last month to a house with my own inground pool (a dream since childhood) and I’ve been trying new aqua workouts daily. Do you have an advanced deep water work out by chance? That would be super fun. 💕

      No. But there are other High Intensity Sessions there. Also: March 1 and 7 th two new high intensity classes will be added: Titan 1 and Titan 2. In my opinion the best workouts I have ever shared at On Demand Platform .

      I recommend using resistance ankle weights for the workouts that specifically mention using these in the video.
      You can search for the perfect workout via equipment being used if you subscribe to: ondemandaquaworkouts.uscreen.io
      As for this specific video: you should be fin for standing exercises but not for floating ones.

    can you explain the no bouncing thing? Why does bounce burn less calories? Thanx

      Because your body burns most calories when you push it through the water resistance. When you bounce/ jump you use less energy. Out bodies are very light in the water so it is not such a challenge to jump up/ down or bounce in the pool. On land…. Different story.
      With that being said: if you like your Aqua jumpy / bouncy: it is fine! I like it that way sometimes as well. But then the goal is to get the most challenge- try not to :)
