I followed this recipe for the cake and the wip cream exactly. I turn out great. Cake was a bit dry. I would have beaten the eggs whites separately like in her other videos. But still good
if it's too dry it might be your cooking time. you should check about a minute before you take it out You can check it by sticking a knife in the cake and if it comes out clean, it is ready to go out. If it has some cake bits, you should leave it in for a min

What is cake flour?! I don't think that it is available in my country 😔.. Can i replace it with something else?.. If i use normal flour so do i have to add yeast or no?!
Hi, I can't speak for other videos, but a victoria sponge is a fairly easy cake to try. You can also use the same mix in cupcake cases instead of a cake tin, but they will bake much quicker. For recipes in general, a shortbread biscuit is a really simple recipe to try too! :)
