    영국 빅토리아 여왕님이 즐겨 드셨던 빅토리아 스펀지 케이크를 만들었어요~
    정통 레시피는 버터, 밀가루, 설탕을 같은 비율로 넣어 만드는데 저는 설탕을 살짝 줄여 만들어 봤어요~
    케이크 시트는 한번에 다 구워 반으로 잘라 사용하셔도 되고 반죽을 반으로 나눠 2장으로 구워 사용하셔도 좋답니다~^^
    버터와 설탕을 섞을 때와 달걀을 넣고 섞을 때 충분히 믹싱을 해주어야 폭신하고 잘 부풀어 구워지는 것 같아요~~
    생각보다 케이크 시트가 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐답니다~ 입에 넣으면 폭신 폭신하면서 사르르 녹는 식감이 정말 좋더라구요~~
    저는 라즈베리 잼을 사용했는데 딸기 잼을 사용하셔도 좋답니다~^^
    생딸기와 생크림에 잼까지 있어 정말 맛있어서 감탄하며 먹었던 것 같아요~
    따뜻한 홍차와 함께 먹으면 맛있는 케이크랍니다~*^^*

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 18cm
    ▶재료
    무염 버터 180g
    설탕 150g
    소금 조금
    달걀 3개
    바닐라익스트랙 5g
    박력분 180g
    베이킹파우더 6g
    딸기
    휘핑한 생크림 (생크림 150g + 설탕 15g)
    라즈베리 잼 80g
    ▶레시피
    1. 버터를 부드럽게 풀고 설탕, 소금을 넣고 뽀얗게 될 때까지 섞는다.
    2. 달걀을 풀고 2번에 나눠 넣고 섞은 뒤 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 박력분, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 버터를 바르고 유산지를 붙인 18cm 오븐 팬에 반죽을 반으로 나눠 170도 예열된 오븐에서 25분 정도 구워 2장의 케이크 시트를 만든 뒤 식힌다.
    4. 딸기를 동그랗게 슬라이스하고 키친타올에 올려 물기를 제거한다.
    5. 케이크 시트 위에 휘핑한 생크림을 올리고 딸기를 올린 뒤 라즈베리 잼을 올린다.
    6. 남은 케이크 시트를 올리고 생크림과 딸기, 블루베리를 올려 장식한다.
    ▶Ingredients
    180g Unsalted butter
    150g Sugar
    a pinch of Salt
    3 Eggs
    5g Vanilla extract
    180g Cake flour
    6g Baking powder
    Strawberry
    Whipped cream (150g whipping cream + 15g sugar)
    80g Raspberry jam

    빵도 촉촉 해 보이고, 무엇보다도 딸기가 정말정말 신선한 것 같아 보여요.
    케이크는 생크림으로 다 덮어야 예쁘다는 편견을 깨준 케이크에요.
    라즈베리쨈과 어우러져서 색도 모양도 너무너무 예쁘네요. 오늘도 완전 감탄하고가요~ :)

    오오 머랭을 안치고 베이킹파우더로 부풀려서 만드네요
    약간 파운드케이크랑 비슷해요 ㅋㅋ
    집에 손거품기밖에 없어서 항상 손으로 머랭쳤는데 이번 영상에서는 되게 손쉽게 만들 수 있을거같아요 ㅎㅎ

      파운드 케이크 느낌에 더 가까운 시트에요~~^^
      버터와 설탕, 달걀을 섞을 때 충분히 잘 섞어주어야 시트가 잘 나오는 것 같아요~~

      빅토리아 케이크 시트는 파운드 같은 느낌이 나는 묵직한 편의 시트이고 스펀지 케이크 시트는 더 가볍고 부드러운 느낌이에요~
      생크림 케이크를 만드시는 거라면 스펀지 케이크를 추천드려요~^^

    안녕하세요! 두번에 나누지않고 한번에 모두 구웠는데 25분에 익지를 않아서요 ㅠㅠ 나누지않고 한번에 구울때는 몇도에 몇분정도 해야할까요? 영상보고 바로 구웠는데 냄새는 너무좋은데 반죽이 절반은 안익었어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 흐아 ㅠㅠㅠ

      오븐사양에 따라 조금씩 다르지만 35~40분 정도는 구워야 할 것 같아요~~

      She always does, either on screen or in the description under the video! She refers to it as 'Mold size' in this case the one she used was 18cm .. hope this helps.

    나눠서 굽지않고 한번에 구우려면 몇분 구워야하나요???!! :)

      오븐사양에 따라 굽는 시간과 온도는 다를 수 있는데 35~40분 정도 구우시면 될 것 같아요~~
      굽고 익었는지 나무꼬치로 테스트해보시면 좋을 것 같아요~^^

      기본 빅토리아 스펀지 케이크에서는 딸기나 라즈베리잼을 많이 사용하지만 잼은 취향에 맞게 바꿔 만들어도 괜찮은 것 같아요~^^

    2겹으로 구웠는데 170도 25분은 속이 안 익네요 ㅠㅠ
    모르고 뒤집었다가 설익은 반죽이 다 뒤집혀 망했어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

    Can I ask where do you get the 50% whipped cream? In the groceries nearby, the highest I can find is 35%. I tried making a recipe from this channel but it did not work as well.

      whipped the whipping cream a little bit thin about wipped up 50% with the hand mixer~^^

      Amone Rahman the likelihood of dying from an accident is pretty slim as long as you dont do crazy stuff like drunk driving or climbing mount Everest. Eating a steak every week is actually fine but the cake though. no thanks

    오늘 레시피 보고 따라서 만들어봤는데 너무 예쁘게 성공했어요! 저는 반죽 전체 나누지 않고 2호 틀에 넣고 40분 구우니 잘 익었더라구요 다만 저처럼 생크림을 많이!!! 넣고 싶으신 분들은 150그람보다 조금 더 하셔도 좋을 것 같아요 좋은 레시피 감사합니다!!

    I followed this recipe for the cake and the wip cream exactly. I turn out great. Cake was a bit dry. I would have beaten the eggs whites separately like in her other videos. But still good

      if it's too dry it might be your cooking time. you should check about a minute before you take it out
      You can check it by sticking a knife in the cake and if it comes out clean, it is ready to go out. If it has some cake bits, you should leave it in for a min
