    This was exactly what I needed after two days without yoga 😌 I loved this practice because while it was an excellent stretch for the hips and low back, it was also an opportunity to come back to my body, reconnect with my intuition, and allow myself to slow down. Thank you, Cole, for both this sequence and your guidance! 💖

    I have been a lifelong yogi, that has now (at age 65 almost66) been on this journey (today is say 1271 without miss) and when I started this particular journey, you were a big part of my inspiration, but for some reason I drifted away from you, but today I found (and really needed this) and I realized how much I missed your free spiritednesses and I know I will be back! Thank you for your authenticity and again, that free spirit. I appreciate it. Namaste 🙏🏼

    Thank you for this practice. I've been working on a more consistent practice. I've had some low back almost kind of pelvis/hip pain. And this pain that sometimes flares up in the side of my hip to my side that may be from reaching. Hoping I can start loosening and opening up my hips and that it will help

    Cole! it would be awesome if you guys could combine physical therapy exercises for the core to combine with this. i know my perpetually tight hips are in part due to bad posture, bad hip alignment, an excessively tight pelvic floor and weak lower abs. I know you guys have core streghtenig videos but usually these crazy pilates moves are not recommended until you actually have a strong core.
    Im willing to pay for a subscription for these kind of exercises, think maybe 20 dlls a month or so. they're usually really subtle and at the same time really hard. I was on the Core Exercise Solutions website but tbh, i cant afford to pay 90 dlls monthly, and my issues are not THAT bad yet, lol(i dont have pelvic organ prolapse nor excruciating pain from pelvic floor tightness). just need some help with my posture. Just a though.
