SkullCandy takes me back to the days when I couldn't afford the premium speakers I got now. They kept the vibes going. For what they cost these things are legit.
For real. I never owned these, but everyone else seemed to while I was climbing the Sony extra bass headphone lineup. I remember being proud when I finally bought the xb900n in 2019.

I mean honestly for the price point they are great! Always stylish and trendy. Sure they aren't Sonos but you also aren't spending $3000

Man I had the same memory but with the ear buds in 2015 they were like $10 bucks when I was a kid
With these being Skullcandy, I expect no less than feeling like the bass is skullfucking me personally.
They sound really good love to see them against a JBL speaker
Not the biggest Skullcandy fan but the way they implemented stereo pairing on the terrain lineup is cool, I wish more manufacturers would do it like that where you don’t have to have 2 of the exact same speaker.
(Also that test song that you played on the regular Terrain is my fav one)
@@rmejc JBL does do stereo pairing, but you have to have 2 of the same speaker (i.e two Charge 5s). If you pair something like a flip 6 with an Xtreme 3, they’ll just play in sync.
For real. I got a JBL Charge 5 and was excited to pair it stereo with my Flip 6. Nope. Oh well.. party boost is still cool.

Hot damn SkullCandy is bringing the heat. They’ve always been the ‘budget friendly’ brand, but they genuinely have been releasing some seriously fantastic buds, headphones and now speakers for the price.
The ounce and kilo would be amazing for an old car. Just hang it off the mirror and it'll face forward so it can push the sound forward and also let you use the buttons easily by feel and without having to look and the cable will be at the bottom if it needs to be charged occasionally. For an old car that is perfect.
the kilo would work great especially if you wanted a surround sound feel, but the first one for the front and a second one for the back and you've got full stereo

Great review! Glad to see skullcandy get into the speaker realm. I’d only be concerned with the exposed USB connection. I wish more companies made covers for those ports and not leave them exposed.

Got the ounce as a stocking stuffer for Christmas , while it can't hang with my Flip 5 or Charge 5, it does sound good, great for setting on a desk or table , I put it on my nightstand and it doesn't take up much space and have been listening to some tunes before I go to sleep
I've been a SkullCandy fan for years now. I love the base heavy stuff no to much care about crystal clear music lol.
The XL for sure, I'd have the terrain mini doubled in my bathrooms! Respect big breda.
I bought the skull candy ounce as a backup emergency speaker last week during vacation and I love it. It really bumps for a small speaker.

Pairing ninety nine speakers in multi-link pairing mode is super dope. The terrain XL is definitely fitting in my wishlist bag. I don't know how it gonna fit in my wishlist bag but I'm ah figure it out. I super love bass and the fact that you can pair true wireless sound plus the use of multi-link mode will make the spiritual part of me be dancing to sweet gospel music. 😎💯💪🏾✊🏾
This video came out at the perfect time. Im looking for a small portable speaker to put in my travel bag. Looks like the Kilo is perfect for what I need.
I just bought one before seeing this video. But with my EQ i could balance them better and put the sound into a dolby atmos range. But the fact that you can link up to 99 of these at once is wild as heck

You just sold me on buying 2 of the Kilos. I like the way that the sound is so different, front to back! I plan to hang them on fishing line, twist them up, link them, and let them spin around. Should be a real treat?
My Bose revolve isn't really 360 sound, so I made a funky sound deflection W board to place behind it. Now I have split it to make it sound more like sterio!

I bought a Kilo speaker almost two months ago and it's pretty good! The only negative thing I have to say about it is that bass-heavy songs sound distorted at max volume, but I use this primarily as my shower speaker and I mostly listen to podcasts in the shower, so it's not a problem for me.

Bought the kilo to play music in the older then me mail trucks(I'm a new mailman) and I love it. It's not my 150 buck sony speaker but close enough and not to bad if it gets stolen.

Might go for the terrain. I just wished the sound wasn't so muffled. Bass heavy for sure but lacking in the other departments. 😒

the terrains aren 't meant to be stood on one end, but laid flat, so both endwoofers can be heard. My jbl flip 3 was the same. you're eliminating the one side, by standing it on end.

Like how u had the speakers facing to the right the whole time the fronts of the speakers are not on the volume and play button side.
I do remember liking the skull candy ink earbuds the first model before the switched. Incredible bass, decent treble but the bass was crazy lol 😆
These all seem desirable Floss, but I'm still very happy with my Sanag.
I use it all the time when not in the house. (except when I'm showering and do use it - obviously in the house lol 😏)
We even have an older car that does not have Bluetooth where it works perfectly.
