So nice to see these homes structurally maintained . Very nice.
Most of the sellers in this area update the homes with top of the line quality material. They can't bring back the old style but they can certainly bring it back to life.

It's obviously a family home with signs of life and I am glad that they didn't tear down walls for "open plan" living. However, the reception room is dark as is the kitchen.
I so appreciate the bones of this house... the way the home wraps around a patio and all the doors open onto the patio. As for my personal taste, I would have liked to see a brighter kitchen, maybe with a slightly shorter/smaller island, lighter color cabinets, and loose the gray tile wall... but that's my personal preference. We keep hearing to use neutral colors, but to me the gray kitchen tile wall is a bit cold, dreary, and boring. Despite that, it is a beautiful home, and it looks like a lot of work went into it. I would love a home like this! 🙂
And, it is so nice they didn't try to open up even more walls as someone else had said in a comment. A large expansive open space to me can feel cold and unappealing.
This is very well done. Glad I stumbled on this vlog. From the proximity of the strat tower, looks like Beverly Green and not Paradise Palms, too going through a Renaissance. Nice to see, colors, flooring, well done.

I can see a home rental investor coming in and buying multiple homes to get a passive income. The home is literally turn key for that.
There are a couple of investors just focusing on this area and doing exactly that. They all do a great job bringing the homes back to life.

Totally agree. Besides the low sloped roof, there is nothing remotely MCM about the home anymore. I recently bought an MCM home with flat and low sloped roof. and am adding back in many of the MCM elements that have been removed since 1950.

At least the outside still looked mid-century. Inside looks gutted and revamped into HGTV/Jeff Lewis. Im not a fan.

I have always loved the high desert (oregon) and the whole mid century modern..because of severe disabilities and these homes allow visual and hearing helps, plus actual space..to move around safely and with mobility. The indoor-outdoor is essential to and for me to feel safe, in my surroundings. Clean lines help ALOT, with spatial and organizing.
I need this kind of home for whats left in the rest of my days. Thank you again for sharing, do you personally help people like me with simple spaces and home ownership?

This house is in the Beverly Green neighborhood. It's only a few blocks North of the Paradise Palm neighborhood. I just did a quick check and 8 properties are currently on the market in Paradise Palm. Let me know if you want the list.

Would a full size car fit into that garage? The 1960 Chevrolet full size line was 17 1/2 feet long.
It would be a tight fit but I would probably lean more on the "no" side.

Beautiful. I don't know if that loud humming sound outside is a constant thing? It would kill the deal. So would the 5g right next to the house. Possible health issues from it.
You couldn’t pay me enough to live on that busy street with all the noise. Sitting on the patio would be very unpleasant. Ruins such a cool MCM home.
Yeah it's definitely a different vibe there. I'm not one for a busy street either.
