Thank you so much for watching!
I watched your hoodie sewing guide last night and have just got back from the shop with the materials. Here we go
Oh perfect! Definitely a great time of the year to make a hoodie. Excited for your new projects :D Thanks for watching!
Can you do a video on adding this type of pocket to an existing garment such as the inside of a jacket.
This is why I’ve subscribed to your channel, your “show and tell “ are the best!
Thank you so much, I'm always worried these 'simple technique' videos are too long. Hopefully folks like you appreciate that :) Have a terrific week!
It's perfect because it's detailed explanation, specially for first timers!
I've been trying to figure this one out in my head for a while! Lol
Thank you for doing what you do. Your tutorials have given me the knowledge I've needed to make or mend literally whatever, and I love it!
Awesome! Thanks so much for the comment, hope you keep making some wild new stuff 🤗
Just recently got my first sewing machine and love your tutorials.. you've taught me a lot!
Very cool to see a man showing others how to sew and to let other men know it's okay to sew too. I am looking forward to seeing what videos you have available. Thanks. 😁
For sure! Creativity knows no gender 🙂 Thanks so much for watching, enjoy all your projects this winter!
Thanks for your clear instructions. This is the exact project I needed. I appreciate your videos.
Really enjoy your videos, thank you.
Thanks so much for watching, enjoy all your new projects!
You are so good at these tutorials. Very helpful and I appreciate them very much. You made this look super simple. I'm sure it would be harder to do in an actual garment.
Your attention to details always impress me.
Totally makes me wish I would've gotten a bag from you back in the Twitch Creative days.
Aww thx! I still make bags actually, better than ever :) Didn't I get some chainmaille goodies from you at some point? Hope you're doing excellent!
@@TockCustom Yes, you have a Jellyfish from me. Orange stuffed ball for the body with the googly eyes and different chains for the tendrils.
Great explanation of this pocket. I’ve sewn a pocket like this so many times but every time I need to refresh my memory. It does feel like you’re doing something wrong when you push the fabric through to the back! lol
Thanks so much for watching, and I appreciate the comment. Hope you're having fun with all kinds of sewing projects this winter :D
I just love your tutorials. Another one well done.
Planning on trying a trying to make cargo shorts! ThANK YOU!
That's a great idea for a project! Zipper pockets should go great with that 😁
LOL I'm gonna try to put pockets everywhere!@@TockCustom
@nerdaccount lol DO IT!!
Excellent tutorial! Thank you.
brilliant as always
Aww thanks Harmony :) Hope you're enjoying a nice warm winter this year. Big love to you and Jasper!
Glad to see you again! Thanks for this video.
Nicely done Tock. Thanks.
Always a very helpful tutorial! The wondertape/zipper is a very good tip that I've used, but if you don't have anything like that, simple hand basting works well. I use a lot of the tape for different things, but Wondertape is expensive, so I use quilter's wash away basting tape I get from Amazon. It's works just as well and you gets tons of it. Keep it in a sealed bag though, all the wash away tapes I've tried sort of dry out after a while if I don't.
Love your tutorials! I keep learning from you.
Excellent! Thanks so much for watching very happy to help!
Thanks for the tutorial 😀
What fancy machine were you using. Built in thread cutter and an amazing needle threader. Jealously lives here now. Then I saw the price of the machine mentioned in the notes. No loner jealous but now happy for you.
Yeah that machine is stunning! Brother XJ-1 if you're curious. Thanks so much for watching!
Love watching your videos! Always informative and helpful. Bravo 👏🏼
@@yvettefeyjoo-booth2670 I super appreciate all the love ❤️ Thx so much!
Awesome as always!! Thank you!!
Thank you so much! Hope you're making some terrific projects this winter :)
Great tutorial as usual, thanks! Too bad you don't know someone that could fix that shirt cuff for you!!
I have to repair a zipper like that in a The North Face fleece. I am not sure how they had inserted the zipper. I am thinking they used some kind of glue because there are no threads. I am just going to sew. Thank you. This is very helpful.
Can I apply this sewing process to the waterproof zipper? I want to make a submersible backpack, or at least rain waterproof though. Thank you in advance
Oh for sure. They make waterproof zippers, they have a big rubber gusset along the teeth. To make it water tight you'd probably have a do some waterproofing on every seam though. Hope that helps!
Suggestion: the camera position is not good - the view is too wide and this distorts the image of the fabric- it looks like a trapezium rather than a square....
