    Wouldn’t those compression numbers indicate an issue? I always heard it’s not only that the numbers are high enough but they all have to be within a specific amount of each other

      @@stanceswitch6419 You’re absolutely right! Consistency between the cylinders is just as important as the overall compression numbers. If one cylinder is significantly lower than the others, it could indicate an issue like a worn piston ring, a valve problem, or even a head gasket issue. Ideally, the compression readings should be within about 10-15% of each other. So, even if the numbers are high enough, a significant difference between them could still point to a problem. Thanks for bringing that up-it’s an important detail to consider when checking engine health!
