W205 C63 definitely is a bargain currently. Some going for 40-50K US. For context a bmw 330 starts in the low 40’s.

s63 for me on this list. 190 cosworth probably my favourite.... currently deciding between a cls350 or a bmw 640d

Recently, I've started to think much more seriously about Mercs. I drove a W212 E220d when it was new and I hated it, then a W205 C200d which was even worse.
Now though, I do big motorway miles and I've always been a fan of luxury with tech. Lexus are still my brand of choice for that, but there's a huge range gap between the ES and LS where the GS should be, but that's a little dated now. The LC is great, but impractical.
Variations on the E Class though are exactly the right sort of thing for me - I'd prefer a C, but I'm an interior snob and those feel like a *huge* step down from my Pug in that regard. Not that I'm looking much yet, but the Merc idea is forming...I may or may not have wondered into my local dealer while getting tyres for the Pug this month!
Favourite Merc? CLK GTR all day. Favourite "normal" Merc is much tougher, but as I type this I'm thinking 300SL or W140, so W140 600 SEL just to be different!

my 2020 S450 had two cracked rear wheels with only 18000 miles it also had all window trim chrome that was oxidized
The cracked wheels sound like a you problem 😂 stop hitting potholes

I barely drove it - google Mercedes cracked rims - it’s a quality control problem
Would you consider doing Lexus, luxury brand and probably a car that's holds it value far better then major European brands
My favorite Mercedes are the 2021 S63 Coupe and the AMG GT 63 S Edition 1
The E 63 amgS is more powerful than the rs6 of the same era by quite a margin. They dyno at 630+hp stock with 850nm torque.

I will have to agree with Jim. Save up a bit of money first towards a property then save up further for a car.
For your question I'd probably look at a A45 AMG with the sporty bodykit. For me I'd look at something like a TTRS or if I want to woft in something probably a 6 series gran coupe or audi A7 black edition

I’ve had a GLA45 since 2019. I’ve been driving since 1979. It’s the best built, best performing and without doubt the most comfortable and fun to drive cars I’ve ever owned.
It’s a hand built AMG engine and that really shows when you drive it.
And of course, you can easily park it in today’s condensing world and you can carry all the crap you need to run your 21st century life as it’s a capacious hatchback.

Don't listen to them. Housing market is terrible. Overpriced property. High bank rates. The maintenance and fees associated with it is not worth it unless you have excess cash.
All these these cars are nearly twice as expensive in the Netherlands unfortunately

A d impractical for London living, every last one of them, except if perhaps your 17yrs old and your brain is still floating around in empty space. The aim is to render all on london a 20mph zone, billy numbnuts does know this but still thinks doing 80mph to the next red light 20ft down the road is somehow a victory of his rebellion for speed and power, might be another decade before annual running costs turn on a light bulb in all that empty space between his ears

You say this but half these cars are high insurance high running costs high tax, you don’t include costs or anything, fair enough saying they are depreciated but you need to tell people the cons to these cars
