    Omgoodness this is fabulous. I have had so much illness in my last 20 years. Now my worst problem is my arteries are blocking off. I have so many blockages and stints I purchased my first vitamix yesterday and purchased so many greens. Today is my first day going smoothie green. This is my last chance at a normal life and being as healthy as I know to be. Thank you for sharing

    I wish I found you 10 years ago before my total hysterectomy from severe endometriosis. I bought your protocol videos so I could watch them anytime I need to. I've been doing it on my own for 2 weeks, and so far so good. I have MS and hypertension and am overweight. But I may be joining one of your group if I need to in the future.     I love you guys thank you, thank you, thank you! I am back to working out 💪 I can’t believe it. I am healing from Lupus and hypothyroid. I had stopped working out because it would take me days to recover, but since I have started hyper nourishing my body as per your advice, I am feeling so much better. I can’t thank you enough.     I just found both of u yesterday. An I can't wait to see what's going on. I want to heal. You are so awesome that it brings tears to my eyes. An while I was listening to you both,,,,what comes on,,the commercial,,,free free free. You are amazing to do this for free. I have heart,diabetes, hair loss,neuropathy all over my body,an have a weight problem. I could go on an on but it's nothing you haven't seen before. All I can say is thank you.     Amazing and very informative video. I have liposarcoma-low grade tumor and had my surgery 2x already. I have polycythemia vera also. Is there any protocol which could reverse this cancers? Thank you very much. God bless

    Now I am trying the hypernutrition to heal.

    I am a veteran. I have RIS. I have tested positive for Lupus and Sjorgens. I have multiple symptoms such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, swelling, inflammation, skin rashes, arthritis, chronic constipation, acid reflux, GERD disease, neuropathy, irregular sleep, patterns, dry skin, hair loss, brittle hair, etc…. Although the VA hospital is coming up with natural treatment and resources to aid in healing pattern. It is not happening fast enough for me. I’m 50 years old going thru menopause. I’d like your assistance in figuring out what to do to heal myself thru nutrition. I do exercise. I’d like to know which books to buy for rapid recovery program from the two of you. I’ll keep sorting thru your resources but there’s a lot and I get aggravated ez.

    This is all fantastic and you guys are nothing but amazing. However, 3:33 3:33 I have gone everywhere on your website to try to understand exactly what time of day you meet and for how long, and how long is the first session. And what time would that be if I’m in eastern time? Very basic question but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Also, is there a long form to fill out. I’m considering paying for the next rapid recovery group in May but I don’t feel I can pay that much money without understanding what time of day and how it would fit into my schedule. Same with the four week protocol. If I should decide to do that. Can you help me?

    Any testimonies for crohns disease? I have been vegan for 3 years and and went into remission 6 months after being vegan... But I still flare from time to time, sometimes everything I eat hurts... Even salad.

    I have many autoimmune issues and I have been vegan for 4 months now. Taking Coumadin for the arterial clots (for the rest of my life) all the greens scare me and my INRs are not stable with many diet changes… I need help!

    Which book lays out the protocol? And does it work for cancer?

      The protocol is in a blender add 75% greens (spinach, broccoli, kale, chard. One of them or combination. I add whole pack of spinach and top up to the 75% mark with broccoli), half a cup of chia/flax (linseeds UK/Europe), 25% fruit (some of which frozen. I use frozen bananas as they add creaminess and sweetness, then some other fruit. Pineapple is my go to), then add water to top of greens and blend. Drink the whole jug throughout the day. Also drink a gallon of water (3.75 litres) in between. If you're still hungry eat all raw veggies and fruits. Making a big green salad with any raw veggies is great and you can make great dressings with avocado to thicken it and get more omega 3 in. My favourite is a thai style one with avocado, lime juice, cilantro, ginger, chilli, garlic, miso and water. Dr Goldner's website gives you ideas too as do her videos. You can also find so many great raw food ideas on TH-cam channels. No cooked anything, no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, processed anything, no oils (other than flax oil), no nuts or seeds during the healing period if you're going full out and then add some light exercise every day. Sleep well and find some part of the day to spend for you to relax and do something that makes you happy. Hope this helps x

      @@bluebutterflywellness2273 , thanks. I do this, but still have restless legs. I use several natural things and kind of rotate through them (Hyland's, essential oils, mag creams). Two things are consistent: mag and listening to a healing meditation as I fall asleep.

    5 wks in still in pain. Blood tests do no good because I have no blood markers showing anything. I do have elevated AST and ALT enzymes in liver. Liver Dr. told me it's mild don't worry about it. But it came from somewhere. No answers have lost faith in Dr's.
