Hi i have followed till last you told to block 16 or lower after that you did not do anything and tested it , then the tv was made on i didnt understand what you have done can you please tell.
These won't work for everyone. You can block them , but nothing will be the same , even if you find the right one to cover. You always be covering some colour on your screen
Have absolutely NO idea what you did from 10:03 to end of video. Were you SERIOUSLY trying to make a TH-cam video to actually help anyone repair their Samsung TV???
Yeah, it is fairly awful, and the longest 12 minutes I've ever had to endure 😂. Anyway, when he says block the connections from 16, he means put sellotape on the pins so they don't connect. You may have to adjust how many and what number pins you tape but I got it to work anyway.
