    Whenever I decide to consume a food item which is in my allergy/sensitivity profile, I tell my body, "I allow myself to be able to process this food."

    Wonderfully well-timed, this hyper-specific topic. It all sounds quite plausible but I found myself wondering where things like SIBO and dysbiosis fit in, as they are microbiome-related and not purely driven by scanning/catastrophizing, for example. Thanks!
