llamas familia you should try a vegan shepherd's pie and/or sweet potato pie too. or the green bean casserole from edgy veg's channel. she has a lot of great junk food and totally not healthy vegan recipes. and mary's test kitchen has a lot of great easy recipes and how-to videos to make some vegan pantry basics like seitan and cheese.

Wow this was soooo good! Will definitely be making this again. It's totally worth the extra effort. I wasn't sure about adding the cranberry sauce layer so I served it separately as a side along with mushroom gravy. I needn't have worried as the cranberry sauce really adds something special. I recommend making more of the filling than you need as its really hard not to eat it all while its cooling down....
You're the only channel that inspires me to want to eat vegan dishes. I love to eat and usually vegan foods seem so unsatisfying and lacking in creativity and tastiness. I'm a pescetarian but you guys are the only ones who make me want to eat vegan dishes just because they look absolutely delicious and look like they wouldn't make me feel hungry after 1 hour. The cranberry sauce was so good and will be making on its own for Thanksgiving. Used the leftover lentil mushroom mix for warmed sandwiches. Highly recommend. Love you Hot for Food!!!
This was a great main to use for my first vegan Thanksgiving. The only thing I did different was used roasted butternut instead of sweet potato. My husband loved it, and his mother and our boy both said it was amazing!

This is really similar to the roast I make for christmas. But i just make the mushroom filling, and I also add walnuts, cashews and porcini mushrooms, and have mash and gravy on the side. It's sooooo good
