Nicely decorated and looks decent quality. SW London is always going to be expensive but when you compare it to the £2m flat you reviewed a few weeks ago, it's good value. Still seems a tad expensive for 2.5 bed.
Agree with all your comments. It is flamin' expensive for a 2.5 bed. Kingston-upon-Thames comes under Surrey, it is NOT London - and not a great area.

I really liked the apartment and also your work is really enjoyable, but sometimes I kind of felt that there were spaces you didn’t know or you were like lost, so that could come out as less professional or harder to take serious
First, these videos are one of the best (and funniest) I've seen already. I reckon you two makes the best team ever for this type of presentation although one argues vocab is the area that you guys need to put more work on.

The British property market is a joke! A property of this calibre would go for a third of that in most other western countries

This is so me! If ever I moved to London this would be the apartment I would want to move to. Love the storage, sliding blinds, balconies, and all the light that appears to come through- Love it! Thanks for sharing!

The balcony is spacious & nice yet it lacks privacy due to the building on the left.

I agree with you 100% plus it would need to include all the furniture for £500,000 and two years' service charges to be paid.

I understand the price in london but I want to say this. I can get 10 acres of land with 10 bhk luxurious mansion along with helipad and helicopter and just to add I can also buy a car like Rolls Royce in this price.😅 And here i am watching 2 BHK apartment with balcony. 😛

Please explain where the "extractor fan" extracts to? It's not vented to the outside at all, it's just suspended there.

Mind you Kingston is in Zone 6 in London, the very outskirt of London. If this is in Zone 1&2, it can easily be over 2 million pound.

Ifcukin8 Mufc You could buy a castle and a couple of hundred acres in Scotland, but you would be living in Scotland. There is a reason other locations are cheaper- they are not London! Londoner here, I could sell tomorrow and buy a six bedroom former vicarage in Lincolnshire and have cash left over- but why would I want to do that?

I work here and enjoy the London buzz but I wouldn't sell up and go back to live up North in a massive mansion which I could do tmr and have no mortgage. Whilst the quality of life is good and more relaxed outside London, I find the mentality and pace of life far too slow.
why a two bed flat need a en-suit room. One toilet is plenty.
