Exactly. Being an American, it is HARD for me to imagine any home being worth $6.5 million that doesn't have even a quarter acre of land or more than one room per floor (mostly.) I know English homes are built "up" instead of "out" like American homes, but the idea of going down four flights to get a midnight snack or a glass of water is nightmarish. Or entertaining guests in the living room and having to run up and down a flight to finish dinner or get dessert for everyone. No wonder the English are in better shape than the average American. Lol.
Absolutely beautiful home. This house has Australian styling , especially with the media room and speakers throughout the home. Also 10/10 for the staging so understated yet perfect.

Just some feedback from me would be not to repeat so much that mews were for horses and servants etc. Not sure asking someone to pay £6.5m for a house and giving that kind of background to it is a strong selling point. While it must be obvious to us here in the UK, it is not actually that common knowledge for international investors / buyers. Focus should remain on the lovely house and the amazing central location! 😁
