    Thank you for the most useful and professional video I’ve seen! I love your style and the absence of filler “cute” chitchat.

    You can also use a piece of glass to make hot glue stencils. Love the undersea images! Thanks for sharing!

    Great ideas! And I really love your interesting designs! You could use cardboard from any packaging, like from a cereal box, for instance. Therefore zero waste and helping our Planet. ☺️👍🌸

    Teresa, you always do such a nice job making instructional lessons for us. I printed out the download (thank you,) and I’ll make a variety of stencils, masks, and stamps. They’ll come in handy and I’ll make some of my own too. Thanks so much, Teresa.

    I really like watching what you create. I got a gel plate and now I am beginning to use it. I think that I would frame the prints. Also this good to use with my granddaughters

    These are fabulous thank you so much❤️ I have question how do you get the paint to come off your plate so completely? My plate seems to hang onto the paint do you use anything special to clean or condition your plate that makes the paint lift so well? Thank you again for your videos 😊

      I struggle with this too. I think it has to do with humidity and type of paint and how thick you put it on. Theresa is fabulous at printing.

      I use baby wipes or paper towels dampened with water + 70% alcohol or I put down more paint and pull it all off with a piece of scrap paper. If all those tricks fail, as a last resort I use what’s called packaging tape, wide tape made by whatever company makes the “regular” tape we use to wrap presents. Baby oil works, too. One (or all) of those methods should work.

    I am so excited about using my gel plate. I just tried it for the first time and none of my papers took off much of the paint and it was not as simple as all the videos make it look to clean. What am I doing wrong? ;-( Thanks so much. Really enjoying your video's.

      They get better the more you use them. Keep trying! Good luck.

      For cleaning see my reply (above) to Dan Schmith. About the prints not taking off much paint, you may have put down way too much paint. Or you may not be pressing your paper firmly enough. Carolyn Dube of A Colorful Journey has great beginner videos. Try “The Dos and Don’ts of Gel Printing “ on You Tube.

    22:48 How did you get the dark outlines around the print on the right?

    • @TeresaMorgan
      @TeresaMorgan  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Debi. I am not sure exactly what you are referring to. I made each pair of prints in the exact same way as the first pair (which I showed in detail). You sometimes get an outline around where a stamp or stencil has been when you pull the second print.

      I think they appeared when she made the ghost print after removing the masks.

    • @loismcclung1940
      @loismcclung1940 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think Debi means it is like a black pen line around the outlines.

    • @63artemisia63
      @63artemisia63 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Lois McClung Those lines occur when you make “ghost prints,” what Teresa refers to as “the second print.” They’re more often called ghost prints. Lots of video’s about making them.

    Please stop using the word "pop." Hearing it every other sentence is distracting.
