    Strangely I have all the ingredients in to try this recipe. Quite excited. Never used Buckwheat flour before!!

    How many days is the shelf life for these muffins? Do the raspberries go bad after next day?

      Store muffins, covered, at room temperature for up to 2-3 days. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 5 days) or freezer (1-2 months).
