Your hack of using benzoyl peroxide for armpits/body odor has been LIFECHANGING for me and my family. Thank you so much! I’ve been watching you since you had less than 30k subscribers. 💕
I know this hack with using wash with bpo but what about gel/cream (basiron)? I live in France, here you can buy bpo with prescription only and it's a gel, not a wash. Can i use it only for a few minutes, as a wash? Because it's gonna be really irritating if I'll leave it for hours on my skin
I have had mega problems with flaking skin on my lower legs. I tried everything. In the end I dry brushed (gently) then applied Head and Shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo. Left it on for about ten minutes and rinsed then moisturised. I did it again a few days later. Three weeks later and my lower legs are beautifully flake free and soft. :)
I love Gold Bond products. They are such good products at a steal of a price. I use the Pure Moisture on my face at night after a very dry day(furnace running, etc). I've been using the Gold Bond Retinol cream for a month on my very crepey underarm skin, and I'm amazed that the crepiness has improved. I'd say by about 80% It's always going to be there but the wrinkles are MUCH better.
I recently started using the Cicaplast cream and I LOVE IT! It helps my red acne scars heal faster which is the main reason I got it, but I noticed as a good side effect it does make my sebaceous filaments less obvious! The best cream for my dry, acne prone, and sensitive skin!
I was told to use Ketoconazole-containing shampoo when I developed senorritic dematitis. Apparemtly a lot of Alaskans develop it from being indoors so much in the cold winters, It is very common. The doctors gave me ketoconazole cream and I discovered the shampoo when it moved to my scalp. It is available in the drug store. Clears it right up.

Yes for Goldbond! I just purchased and starting using Goldbond's new Healing Sensitive with SensiHeal line for face and body is outstanding. It's my new favorite lotion.
I have both horizontal and vertical lines on my nails, and based on a talk you did earlier I purchased Vaseline and zinc ointment and a low concentration multivitamin (100% RDA) which contains iodine, iron, zinc, and iron now have a few millimeters of good new nail growth. The Vaseline also moisturizes my cuticles so that I don’t have those dry edges which can lure you to pick at them (breaking the healthy barrier). Thank you so much for your knowledge on this subject. The horizontal lines in my nails were deep and were upsetting me so much.
I have been using Gold Bond pure moisturizing lotion in the light blue bottle on my face for over a year. I love it as a night sleeping mask! It does a great job to seal everything in and plays well with whatever active ingredients I'm using that night.
I've been using the gold bond diabetic lotion on my face twice a day and body. It's amazing. No hyrolonic acid which dries me out more. Menopausal skin nothing seemed to help. Except for this lotion. It is amazing.

Yes! Ive been using gold bond as my moisturizer for a maybe 5 years now. It really helped in healing my skin barrier. I was combo oily before, so i always avoided thick lotion, but with age, my skin has def changed and is more normal now..but even then, it responded well with goldbond. I use to use the unscented sensative one, but i cant find it anymore so it may have been changed to the current unscented"face and body". I feel any of the other ones would work well too... it takes a while to get use to the thick consistency but eventually you adapt. Of course, not everyone will react well. As with all skin care, you learn through trying 😅

Because of your videos I save money by using a body moisturizer on my face at night. And because of your videos my whole family uses Gold Bond pure and I love it at night and during the day for face if I’m going to be home only because my skin appears too oily for work or if I’m going out. Such a fantastic moisturizer!!
the 'sandwich' technique has really helped me up my retinoid application/sensitivity. I also wondered about just using moisturizer before and/or after - the combination thereof.
I too use sandwich method! 😊 I first apply 3-4 drops of the ordinary 100% Plant Squalene then my 0.025% retinol. I have oily skin and live in a tropical country so I don’t apply moisturizer after the retinol just before it.
My Dr said that I have Contact Dermatitis . I tried using a Hydrocortisone cream, it didn't help with the flaky, dry and itchy skin. I recently tried the Cetaphil Restoraderm Eczema moisturizer - it has 1% Colloidal Oatmeal in it. I use this moisturizer twice a day... it seems to be helping with the dryness and is very soothing on the skin 😊 Take care everyone 🌹
You can also try snail mucin from cosrx or skin barrier serum from ordinary it will help with water retention...it helps me as well. And if you want a more affordable moisturozer and big in size you can get vanicream its just as good as cerave or cetaphil😊
I started hand slugging about 9 months ago, it has taken awhile to repair my dry cuticles (I do wash my hands a lot & tend to have dry skin) but well worth the effort (EVERY night at bedtime) Even more useful is using a good moisturizer first then sealing THAT in w/petroleum jelly.

Can you use a gel with benzoyl peroxide (Basiron) in the same way as a wash with benzoyl peroxide? I mean apply it to the skin and wash off after a few minutes? Will it be as effective?
I do believe she discusses that in a sensitive skin and acne video. Yes, you can use the gel, let it sit for a few, then rinse and it's still effective. Hope that helps. She says the same for retinol and aha creams, for those with sensitive skin can rinse it off and still get results.
Thank you for this video. I need this advice as I have an autoimmune condition that impacts the skin. How do you feel about the use of pure lanolin on the hands at night under cotton gloves?

Is it ok to use La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm after the retinoid for the moisture sandwich? You said it limits penetration but does that only count for before you apply retinoid or no matter what step it is in your routine?
I work in a couple jobs that require me to wash my hands a lot. That seems to make ridges as well as splitting. I have been doing the nail slugging thing. It has not had much effect. I'm also a rock climber who keeps her nails short to start with.
@@stacia_p thanks! Someone below commented that that one did nothing for their crepey under arm skin and that they saw results with the Goldbond retinol version. I used the gold bond for night with the retinol with a peptides in it and it has help me lot
I know your a busy lady but do you know the best thing to treat Julia’s near the eyes?
Can you use a gel with benzoyl peroxide (Basiron) in the same way as a wash with benzoyl peroxide? I mean apply it to the skin and wash off after a few minutes? Will it be as effective?
I do believe she discusses that in a sensitive skin and acne video. Yes, you can use the gel, let it sit for a few, then rinse and it's still effective. Hope that helps. She says the same for retinol and aha creams, for those with sensitive skin can rinse it off and still get results.
@@Ydkm8364 thanks!:)
Thank you for this video. I need this advice as I have an autoimmune condition that impacts the skin. How do you feel about the use of pure lanolin on the hands at night under cotton gloves?
I use lanolin (nipple cream) on my nails and lips. It gives a good, slightly shining look and keeps the skin healthy. My most used cosmetic product
I’ve been slugging my hands and nails for the past few months and I have the best nails ever.
Besides it being gross whats harmful about using urine as a toner?
dr dray please could you do a review on the numbuzin water sunscreen or the dr g mild up sunscreen? they’re supposedly the number 1 best selling sunscreens in korea, would love to hear your thoughts on it?
I wish , someone would do a Video on Salicylates , Octisalate.
Show the studies in Europe & Denmark , that have been proven to be an Endocrine disruptor / Hormone disruptor.
She's got at least one video on octocrylene and she and Lab Muffin have addressed this issue in videos before.
Great info.
Thank you🥳
Happy Wednesday dr dray ❤
Happy Wednesday 💐 everyone
Can i use a skin protactant moisturizer aftr retinol? Doesn’t it decrease the efficacy of retinol?
Good morning Dr Dray ❤
Is it ok to use La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm after the retinoid for the moisture sandwich? You said it limits penetration but does that only count for before you apply retinoid or no matter what step it is in your routine?
I love Dr. Dray, her face looks natural looks like there’s no surgery, botox or fillers and her face is so flawless.
Could you please review Indian pharmacy products
I work in a couple jobs that require me to wash my hands a lot. That seems to make ridges as well as splitting. I have been doing the nail slugging thing. It has not had much effect. I'm also a rock climber who keeps her nails short to start with.
I’m a new subscriber and I am grateful for your info. Thank you!
La Roche Posay b5 balm itches my skin for whatever reason
What do you think of Gold Bond’s crêpe corrector cream? It’s highly rated on the Walmart website.
I use it and it really works.
@@stacia_p thanks! Someone below commented that that one did nothing for their crepey under arm skin and that they saw results with the Goldbond retinol version. I know Dr. Dray has to revisit this topic often. I guess that shows she has a wide demographic from people who are in their 20s to us who are in our 50s and experiencing aging skin. SO…Dr. Dray, Can you please help us get to the bottom line? Which is better for crepey sagging skin on arms and legs? Retinol? Straight up Tretinoin? glycolic acid lotions like Alpha? Or does this crepey lotion by Goldbond stand out amongst the rest that make claims?
@@liseereneeLooking for answer to this also!
This is old but search her name and crepey skin she has a video
