Great video and interesting to see the extent of the damage caused by blocked oil galleries due to sludged up engine, that's one of the worst that I have seen. Must have been a combination of cheap oil and very infrequent changes as these engines should be good for well in excess of 500k with proper servicing.
Can you make a video on how to change the fuel pressure sensor on this engine please? Just found diesel on my wiring loom and I cannot find a video anywhere on how to change the part. Thanks!
100% possible with regular oil changes every year preferrably after winter and using only high quality oil. As far as i know the only "common" issue with these engines are the turbos failing due to condensation and ice getting in there and ruining the wings.
I dont privide this as a service at the minute but you'd be looking around 5k for the above, providing we can find an engine for same price as i got this one fore as i got a very good deal.
Why not replace the stupid chain when you have the engine out? Just did one on a N 47 in car and it's such a hassle with the engine in the car... chain kit for B47 can't be that expensive
Nice video, i'd be interested to see more content like this.
This guy knows his stuff
Hi,nice video. We would like more videos like this,it s very nice explained. Thanks
Great work! Thanks sharing video. Do you have reference of the tool to clean intake? Thanks

Same engine here in the same car (even the same colour 😅), with 302000km. Regular oil changes, every 15000km. The aim is 500000km. What do you think?

Only oil change? What about EGR? Transmission oil change?
Looks to me like 300.000 and 10 oil changes where it should have been 30. How much would this engine swap cost for a customer, parts and labour?

Whats your opiniom about this engine ?
@@danielkozio3884 if maintained they’re pretty good. Chain has been improved from the n47, and a quieter engine than the n47 for sure.
how much is the car?
@@y22dtr1 11500 euros, just passed nct.
what the hell has happened to this engine
