I plow with a Chevy Duramax 2500 hd 2020 and it does amazing I couldn’t afford a gmc they crazy expensive maybe next year 😂

Have you ever had any transmission problems with your plow pickups. The guy I’m buying out has a hard time with them going out.

Not yet. But we don’t keep them much longer the 100k miles. My 2019 f550 has 110 and it’s on original but I have a transmission on stand by lol

Most likely improper usage. Make sure he puts the plow down when the truck starts moving and also come to a complete stop before you shift. Another important thing is to not overload the plows or the truck by pushing to much snow or hauling too much salt. These can greatly increase you're transmission life expectancy so hes probably not doing them

Do you guys also do all the detail work at the apartment complex-shoveling doors, stairs, etc? Do you have a crew just for that?

And why sand bags the truck is plenty heavy isn’t it?? I haven’t sand bagged a single one of my trucks and I live in Wyoming

The heavier you have the truck the safer and better it will push. The back tires will kick out and spin without weight.
