Idk about you guys but I love the design of the knight's hair coming out of his helmet. Makes him feel dirty, rough and demented. Besides it gives him some charm and keeps it from being a generic knights helm.

I study character design and it's always slightly annoying to see people complain about his hair because it's one of the features that makes him stand out while having such a generic concept. the knights whole thing is being very dark and demented, his tome describing how his worldview us completely devoid of all that is good and hopeful. to me, the messy and greasy hair makes him feel disheveled and makes him unique

It's so fun, because the power massivly reduces the pressure put on the killer, as you can break gens, pallets from afar and even be in 2 different chases at once
i really love how this killer works and best part is i feel like he's a new healthy shake up to the meta and all that needs to really be done is too fine tune some of the stuff for The Knight and the new survivor have
His perks maybe, but other than that he's practically no shakeup to the meta once so ever, he's literally Artist but with extra steps lol

I think Demi loves the knight cause the bois are the only thing closest to a friend He'll ever have.
Jokes aside it's probably cause it isn't utterly boring 1 shot blink killer, which lets you enjoy the chases as well as a lot of ways to use the power, and cause it makes the game a 4v4.
Fair, also I love the vibes the knight give. Nothing speaks like fun than hunting with the boys and enjoying a night of drinking after.

I can’t stop seeing the onryo with a knights helmet ever since he said that
Killer build idea: Aura reading perks like Tinkerers or Nowhere to Hide, Overcharge or Dead Man's Switch or anything that affects gen progress, and any other good perks like Devour Hope.
Run the Knight, probably use the iridescent addon that makes hunts block vaults, and the other addon that increases patrol circle sizes.
Then you just stop survivors from making progress by spawning the guards on top of them, then kicking the gen to reset it.
Aura reading perks give away their locations, so you can zoom over, spawn a guard on them that will likely aggro immediately, then reset progress while they're running and down them if possible. Likely only works on open maps
May work better with killers such as Artist or Doctor due to them being able to hit through obstacles, or Dredge and Onryo due to them being able to travel across the map, but the Knight is newer so i figured it would be more interesting.

I’m glad to see you found the killer that makes it worth suffering through bully squads, it’s quite a rare thing for a killer main to find a killer that makes them exited to play every game, also I think I have a reason why you enjoy the knight, unlike the artist it takes skill with setting your guards and it feels way more rewarding to get a two tap with biggie cheese rather than an ink crow
As an artist main the knight doesn’t play like the artist, and she’s not boring to play 🥲
Granted the counters are damn near the same but they don’t play the same

@@metalbilly5121 Honestly I think the opposite. Artist is my favourite killer to go against because her counterplay actually requires thought about when to leave loops instead of running in a circle three times and then hitting space.

I main Artist now, so I see the valid comparisons, but I think some people enjoy Knight more because his map pressure feels easier to counter for some people. Artist is more trouble for people who have trouble multitasking, especially at a distance, but Knight's more oppressive on small maps like this.
A comparison--Knight's powers are better for short range, like his sword, and Artist's are better for long range. Her birds are like a bow with arrows that can pass through walls. Both do require some skill and training to use, but they're both fun.

The main problem I’ve seen so far is that his guardians can get off to a very slow start with all the floating and starting at the end of the line. When they do that, his power looks weak.

I love concept of his power, but in practicality is just ''press power button to make survivor leave a loop''. There are some other things you can do with it like break a pallet/gen while continuing chase, or continue your patrol, but chase part of his power works in most boring way sadly. I still plan to play some of him, but I feel like he'll be boring to play against.
