They end up not working as well anymore and all the remains of older surgeries come back and you obviously age funny as your body was played so a cheek Will go up, another down, one eye bigger etc then need more surgery to fix that back etc... I think Madonna is just more fat now and has over 20 years of accumulated Botox injections and her face naturally is round. You see that on her younger videos. This 2005 look was one of the skinniest of all times. Her make up doesn’t seem right there neither and she is clearly not feeling comfortable in that interview. She seems a bit afraid of Ellen hungry eyes on her probably.
